Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Leader to join our team and make a significant impact on our clients. The ideal candidate must possess energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humour. We need someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing a deep understanding of the advertising industry and event management and a strong portfolio to match. The ideal candidate should already be residing in Malta, Europe.
The Role:
- Confidently and clearly communicate ideas and present strategic and creative work to senior channel marketing clients and other business areas.
- Direct, administer, and control day-to-day activities of the client portfolio in an assigned area.
- Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted and reliable partner.
- Manage client expectations at all levels, always striving to exceed them.
- Participate in developing strategic plans, goals, and objectives for client campaigns, ensuring marketing KPIs are met.
- Review client performance analysis and adjust marketing strategies, goals, and objectives accordingly.
- Add value through extensive and evolving knowledge of digital advertising, staying updated on technology changes and best practices, and identifying beneficial opportunities for clients.
- Manage internal agency relationships skilfully, motivating the cross-disciplinary team to achieve tasks in a time- and cost-efficient manner for clients.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures to provide high-quality service and exceptional customer care.
- Participate in implementing divisional and agency initiatives and strategies.
- Practice cost-containment strategies to maintain client profitability and area growth.
- Coordinate operational strategies and activities between the creative and executive teams to deliver outstanding creative material and customer service within deadlines.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to facility management.
- Collaborate with agency leadership as needed to respond to acquisition opportunities.
- Quickly and efficiently produce all standard account management documents (e.g., contact reports, status reports, and timelines).
- Prepare media schedules and liaise with media outlets for booking.
- Source suppliers locally and abroad to meet client needs and manage projects through completion.
- Stay up to date with local media programming, digital media tools and upcoming advertising opportunities, making recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate experience with event coordination and planning.
Skills:
- Marketing Campaigning.
- Planning, and people management.
- Self-discipline and organized.
- Dealing with complexity, analysing information, and accustomed to deliver within deadline.
Education, Experience, and Licence Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Advertising or Marketing industry
- Driving License and own transport
