A position for a Senior Marketing & Growth Strategist has opened up within our family. Along with (still) forgetting to make tea, this role comes with a healthy mix of strategy, leadership, and client magic, including:

• Leading and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns from idea to execution, always with results in mind;

• Owning client relationships, anticipating needs, managing expectations, and keeping everything running smoothly (and happily);

• Developing strong marketing strategies and guiding the team to bring them to life;

• Offering your strategic, creative, and human input across projects, pitches, and problem-solving moments.

Ideally, you’ve lived the agency life, love a fast-paced environment, and know how to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day realities — all while keeping things collaborative, fun, and human.
